One of our highest priorities is the health, safety, and security of our guests, team members, and business partners. COVID-19 has fundamentally changed the way we live, and we are adjusting our daily operations to fit within the new normal. In response to this, we and a team of experts have reviewed our existing health and safety processes and developed a new safety protocol. This in- depth cleanliness and disinfection protocol were created in partnership with SGS and is designed to ensure your safety and peace of mind from check-in to check-out. SGS is the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company. They help shape processes and assessments for a safer, healthier workplace. They have a physical presence in 62 countries, including 85 laboratories, 100 sampling locations, and 50 offices. We are proud to announce that we are one of the hotels validated by SGS PLEDGE.

What are the new protocols?

A new 20-step protocol for hotels and 10-step protocol for meeting and event spaces is currently being introduced to our hotels. New cleaning and disinfection procedures, increased attention to safety in common areas, protective equipment, and updated training for team members are included in the new protocols.

As part of #RADISSONCARES this hotel has adapted its procedures, which includes increased frequency in cleaning and disinfection with special attention to high-touch items. These have been developed in collaboration with global hygiene solutions provider, Diversey.

COVID-19 update ON FOOD AND DRINKS OUTLETS: Due to the instructions for the safety of our guests, all restaurants need reservation in advance. As a result, our outlets for breakfast, lunch and dinner can host our guests during specific hours and number of tables, in order to maintain the necessary space for the comfort and protection of our guests. Moreover, we will follow all the necessary steps for the buffet and a la carte options of the food and drinks outlets. Various adjustments to our outlets' operation can happen at any time, according to the updated information we have about COVID-19.
